Stucco is a great material to use if you want your home to be attractive on the outside but not have much flexibility on the inside. Steel is strong but extremely heavy which makes it difficult to find uses for this type of building material aside from large structures such as bridges or buildings where weight doesn't matter. Concrete is strong and visually appealing but has many limitations when it comes to flexibility and expansion due to its concrete mixture.
